Testing the DX Cluster Upload feature, a couple of issues:
Emission Type should be DIGITAL not PHONE.
Note is unclear and truncated. I am using Log4OM to view the cluster.

Right click a callsign on the beacon/cq list.
You can also use the "spot" button on the right hand of the main screen
I am not sending the "PHONE". DXClusters classify each mode to that emission type. They still did not acknoledge VaraHF / DYNAMIC as a mode that si classified as DIGI so their default is PHONE. It is what it is. I have no control over that.
As for the characters limitations, its only for testing. Standard reporting is for BEACON or CQ which fits.
I will shorten the "configuration test" just to "test" just in case.
