Even if in the setup is only a figure, like 40 for 40W , a INFO request answers with e.g. 40WW (one "W" too much).

Simply write the number only.

No "W".

My guess is that you added "W" in the canned messages definition.

Go check your Canned message definition. probably you have there "<PWR>W"

I do not have any "<PWR>W" in my canned messages.

Even if I connect another station like in the attached snapshot e.g. FR4KF and send an INFO request to him, I get a PWR: 10WW respond. Same with a couple of other station, regardless on satellite or shortwave with even separate installations of VarAC. But do not spent too many efforts, is cosmetics only :-)
