The incident of failure to load/send "I'm Away" is still high in 3.8.8

Not sure if that was fixed or on a future to-do list.

I keep "Away" set almost constantly - rarely unchecked.

Replying to

I need to see more of this log backwards. There is another feature that prevent from sending welcome/away messages in case it is a repetitive connection. I suspect there were 2 connections from the same person if you sat no AWAY message was sent.

In many cases, you loose the link of an active QSO. so you reconnect. in those cases I suppress the welcome/away message.

I just want to verify that this is what you are experiencing
I believe I can apply this rule only for welcome and not for away messages.
