Icom 746 pro will not enter USB data mode, if entered manually it will revert to RTTY.

Upon examination of Icom 746pro manual I cannot find a setting to change to usb to Data mode
so now I am stumped
The radio goes into transmit however no signal is generated, moving slider from -30 to 0 dB seems to have no effect. what I am questioning right now is the Device input, (Microphone (RigblasterAdvantage) and Device output Speakers (RIGblaster Advantage)
I do get audio if changing device output to my NVIDA high def speakers
This was all working fine in FT8 lol
The problems i am having is that when asked (ping or cq or responding to cq) radio will go into transmit, but no signal (I am assuming no audio). If I manually set radio to RTTY I get a signal out.
Rigblaster Advantage and rigtalk civ
I downloaded the 746Pro manual and there is indeed CAT command for Data modes. You need 2 commands, the first to set to USB mode (not RTTY) and the second to turn on the Data Mode. Try this string. I dont have an 746 so will have to rely on a 746 owner to test.
