Can't re-size VarAC default window

I realized I originally posted this in "features" by mistake.

I'm unable to resize the default window when the program first opens (can't grab the edges of the window and enlarge or reduce it. No "arrows" appear to be grabbed. The only thing I can do is click the full-screen "box" in the upper right side and end up with a full screen window, that also cannot be adjusted in size.

The default window does not show most information. I'll try and attach a screen grab so you can see what I'm talking about.
