Nor 5, nor 10. 15 and 60 work
I also have to disable beaconing, then change the period and save, then restart to get the new period to take effect. Perhaps this should be a separate bug report?

The bug is visual :) you can't set 1,5,10 minutes beacons because I limited it intentionally. You can read more about why here : https://www.varac-hamradio.com/faq
The 1,5,10 was left in the drop down by mistake as it was part of my testing phase. But in the code it is limited to no less then 15min. The 1,5,10 options will be removed in the next version from the dropdown.
