CLR button got on top of LOG button after connection was made.

This was in SIMPLE mode. Does not happen if I am using ADVANCED mode. I have not tried all theme I know default and grass theme does this. Before the connection were made the "LOG" button stress across edge to edge between END time box to the right board. Once the connection was made, the CLR button just appeared on the top of LOG button. Should the LOG button shrinks down to accommodate that?

I have tried to maximize it to a full screen or minimized it to the size that I want but the issue remains.
