73 from RSA , my name Jean Louis ZS6AAG, did anybody has been successfull to connect with Varac, i can connect with VARA no problem, but in the settings of Varac i cant find the PTT for ICOM 706.

IC706 MK2 does not provide a CAT command for PTT. This is why you can't find it on the CAT PTT dropdown menu.
You can either use a Signalink like @Peter Hyams suggested or use the DTR/RTS option if you have one configured. This is similar to how you do it with other programs such as WSJTX and such.

The IC706 DOES NOT have an internal soundcard so you will have to use a Signalink USB external soundcard or similar to use with vara (or any digimode) I have an IC706 and a Signalink usb and it works very well.
