TS-590 CORRECTION TO INI FILE

In the original file the line reads

ModeUSB=MD2; Puts radio into upper sideband.

ModeUSB_D=MD9; This puts the radio into FSK Reverse,

Here is the corrected commands

ModeUSB_D=DA1; Puts radio into Data mode (filter and AGC settings for AFSK)
