Attached is the portion of the QSO log showing the message sent, and the <SMR> prompt sent by my station, indicating that it was received but no message was found in the VMAIL Inbox.

Oh i see the problem. Its the small letters in your callsign. It is fixed in the next version. Known bug reported by many. Your vmail is therr but instaed in the inbox it landed in your parking folder. Look it up there. VARAC thinks its a message for someone else because it is not capital letters.
