A method to allow VARA FM / HF to control PTT of a DRA board.

With VARA FM a lot of people that use the DRA series of radio interface board use VARA to control the PPT line, I have used this on both HF and FM and it work great. Granted it doesn't allow frequency control but it a simple way to control the ptt line.
