PSK Report - Time Setting defined by user

Hi:

The default is 6 hour - which I find too long. 30 Minutes you get most recent activity. But best is to allow user to set the time of the report.

The time range parameter is in seconds, so simply changing that from 21600 to 1800 will do what you need to do. Really simple and configurable for a lot of things in PSKR besides time.
