URL shortener

I would like to suggest the inclusion of a URL shortener for broadcasts and vmails.

I dont like that so much as VarAC would need an internet connectivity to make a short url. But the other side is that URL shorteners are business... Some provider you with free URLs but harvest your data for ads Ads.

Thanks for the quick reply, Irad. I understand your concerns about requiring an internet connection. And as you point out, URL shorteners are out there, so it's only a minor convenience to use one and then paste it into VarAC.
