VarAC auto start other programs

I suggest that VarAC setup included the capability of launching other program after starting, (and shutting down prior to closing).

Setting options might include:

-Full path to the executable

-Start program on VarAC start - Checkbox

-Close program on VarAC close - Checkbox

-Delay action in milliseconds

-Ordering if starting multiple programs

-Provisions for any parameter to be passed

My use would be to auto start DXkeeper (logger) since it appears that DXkeeper must be running in order to accept a new log entry from VarAC.

There may be other uses as well.
