Alert the operator (Phone Ringer)

I have a suggestion, is it a reasonable idea to have a ring button that will cause a telephone style ring for say 1 minuet if you are trying to contact a friend who is away from their computer or system.

Sometimes I am waiting for a friend to make contact, go away from the computer only to find you missed your friend when he or she came on air. If we could make a call which will alert the remote operator that rings so you can hear it from another room.

I think this would be a nice feature

I think the best use for this is a "RING" gesture. Like the DISCO but a RING style.

I'll add it to the upcoming version

A "RING" gesture, Hmm great idea, but make it ring for 30 Seconds and stop ringing when you hit a keyboard button.

Also I have noticed that if my system is idle for some time, the Audio will change from the PC speaker to the USB sound and transmit over the air. Any suggestions there?

30 seconds is way too long. it will harras users.

3 loud phone rings. if he did not hear those he is simply not there.

As for audio and idle - I have no idea and never encountered this.

I guess your USB audio devices are temporarily disconnected for some reason (maybe RF?) and your windows is failing back to its standard output audio device

No it is only if I leave the system Idle for a period of time, maybe happening when the screen saver is activated.
