I have a birdie near 7105 that vara id's as a valid signal, thus I can't CQ. Can a variable be added to suppress this new feature? I'm back to 3.4 for 40m ops.
Yes and yes. When I use Winlink with an RMS on 7105 (which I avoid now that VaraC is on this frequency, VARA just pops a message and asks if I still want to transmit, but doesn't prohibit me from doing so.)
I've also noted rtty and psk31 will set a channel busy for VARA as well.
Released V3.6.6.
Moved to "Feature requests - released"
varahf 4.6.1
Ok Matt. I did this for V3.6
But I want to send it for you to test so you can enjoy the new features in V3.5.
Send me your email and I'll send you a beta link for V3.6
BTW - what version of VARA-HF are you using ?
Ok. Thanks for the feedback. I'll see what I can do.

Wierd. the VARA modem only send me a BUSY signal when it is detecing VARA signals.
is this sustainable ? when you tune off freq the BUSY sign is gone ?
