"HOME" or "POS1" Button brings Cursor to "New Message"-Window

What about a feature like this? "HOME" or "POS1" Button brings Cursor to "New Message"-Window. I think it would make "VarAC-users" life a little (very little) easier. Maybe as a configurable shortcut?

It would definitely be an improvement if the functionality were expanded with keyboard shortcuts. an improvement in accessibility which will be a solution for me, as a visually impaired person who uses a screen reader. I do not use a mouse, but only operate the computer with the keyboard. And then it sometimes takes a lot of tapping with the tab key to get to the desired function. Also, not all input fields are properly labeled, so my screen reader only reports that it is an input field and I therefore do not know what this means. Ok, the home button on the keyboard takes you to the input field for typing messages. But first of all it would be nice if there was also a keyboard shortcut that would take me directly to the message window. This allows you to quickly switch between the two, the writing window and the message window. This would be a big improvement for just using the keyboard using a screenreader That is reading it allout!

proposal+ The home button takes you with the keyboard to the input field for writing a message. What if I use the End button to get to the monitor area where I can read the messages. That would already be a nice step forward and an essential improvement for me. I hope this option is applicable!

END could not be used for this as it is a valid key while in the "new message" section. But I did the ESC (escape) button.

If you are going to click a Home button, why not just click where you want the cursor to be?

Usually I do not click the home-button with the mouse. I use the keyboard and press the home button while maybe I type s.th. Logger32 for example uses this feature to bring the cursor to the call-entry-field.
