Icom IC-9700 FM and FM-D

I know VARA-FM is not officially supported YET,

but I would like to have the option to select either FM or FM-D not only in the

IC-9700 but the IC-7300 as well.

Would it be possible to interface the W1HKJ FLrig program with VarAC??
