Sometimes, you are doing several task at the same time you might be available for QSO but have limited time. Hope nobody get offended. The other party if you CQ or connect with you, will know you are available / looking for quick QSO as you have limited time. The label could be other text tou.. 'Limited Time' or whatever. IMO, this introduces an intermediate status beyond 'I am away'.
