Remote File List & Transfer

So this request is something that FSQCall was able to do and I am wondering if VarAC could so this as well.

"File List Command" This would allow a remote station to request a list of "files available for transfer" from another station regardless of whether the station is attended or not.
"File Transfer" After receiving the above mentioned file list, the remote station could request a transfer of one of the files in the list. The other station would transfer the file regardless of whether the station was attended or not .

Here is a quick one, SAR (Search and Rescue ) Team needs updated maps during a search event so they don't cover ground already covered. The ability to quickly request the file list and see an updated file and then transfer that updated file would be advantageous.

Back when FSQCall was popular we used it for "night letters" where we would provide weather, crop information etc, and store it in a file nightletter.txt and other stations would request the file to see the latest data from that geographical location.

The ability to pick up information on demand can be handy for distributing NET schedules (SAR schedules), updated maps for SAR or Wildfires etc.
