I have a GPS dongle on my PC and I'm using NMEATime2 to discipline my PC clock for FT8 etc. Some PCs have good clocks, and some, like mine wonders all over the place rather quickly.
If I set VarAC to read the GPS, will it interfere with NMEATime2 as there would be a port conflict?
Com port allows single app to connect it. However you can use com port virtualization software that can create a virtual comport on top of a real one while allowing multiple apps to use it. I use VSPE
