Hello, is it possible to issue a broadcast bulletin every hour, for example? I'm thinking of a weather alert bulletin, as is currently the case in France for several departments (heatwave alert, etc.).

I am working on a periodic Broadcasting feature... but it is a fixed one and I understand you need something to send different data every time (Like weather update).
In this case - an API for broadcasts is what you need and this is also on my road map.
