called cq and got auto answer from AD0BF to leave a message. The ft3000 has never been able to decode winlink either. It sends the tones but never connects. Works fine on all other digital modes. Will check radio settings again. Thanks for all the suggestions
I don't know if this applies to you. On my ic7100 I usually run the DSP Noise Reduction between 4-6, usually 6. But for digital transmission it can defeat its purpose. So I turn NR off. I hope that helps for you, or anyone else. It certainly interfered with my local Packet FM Winlink repeater decode capability. Even with a s40 signal the DSP got in the way. Rory W4RJG
