Yesterday I updated VarAC to 6.3.3, however it ended up with a new folder and potentially having to go through the settings all over again.
I copied the new "exe" file into the old folder and it appears to work fine. However this doesn't seem like a good idea going forward... What is the best way to update VarAC without needing to create another fresh install?
Thanks
Dave
I still do not understand . When you say copy the VarAc.exe file from the zip file, do you unzip it first , then copy it to the VarAc forlder, then erase the old VarAc.exe file ?
Have try to figure this for a while. I still have to do a full install every time I upgrade.
Thank you , Pete
Copy the VarAC.exe from the Zip file into your VarAC folder, click it and have fun!
Every update comes with clear short instrcutions for how to upgrade. in 99% of the times is simply replacing ONLY the VarAC.exe
