Canned Msgs #4 & #5; No Save

VarAC: Editing canned messages #4 or #5 won't save. Running v6.6.13, Win10 with Admin privileges.

Also, under Appearance and Sounds, if I change the message in the New Message Section window, save it ... that reverts to the default as well.
