Cat control works
Receive works no transmit power.
radio goes into transmit mode, but no output.
USB-Data
Same settings I use for FT8 and it works fine.
Any ideas?

Just figured out what was wrong. I check my sound card volume mixer settings. VARAHF volume was set to zero. I set it to 100, ALC to max left side, as that is what it takes to get to 1/3 ALC.
Tested and works as it should. I will adjust volume to less than 100 and re adjust ALC.

I have tried all combinations available to me. Still no RF Output. I am using VarAC 9.2.3 & VARHF 4.8.7.
Like when I use FT8, (as I have a manual tuner), I set my transceiver to CW, output to 5 watts, key up the mike, then tune for minimum VSWR, typically 1:1. I then switch back to USB-D and life is good.
Probably you need to set your audio device input/output selected correctly on the VARA modem.
