Good evening everyone, I'm new to the forum and I have no experience in this digital way, I installed and configured the 2 programs, I made a couple of qsos, but only by clicking on the beacon or in my cq, I don't read any cq on the monitor station, I was asking, is this the case or am I doing something wrong?
Thank you, and good evening everyone.

They are out there, as an example of 8 hours monitoring just today I have decoded 45 discrete CQ's on 14.105. During the same time on 40, 17,15 and 10M there were much less but at least another dozen or so. But I did have about 6 long QSO's on 10 and 15M today, half into EU.
Here are the CQs I moniored today. I was active only partially. there are CQs. Sure much less then beacons as beacons fires every 15 minutes for every QRV station. I guess its just bad luck not intercepting one. if you intercept beacons you should pick CQs also. no different. same mechanism just different SSID.

There are very few stations sending CQ, unfortunately. Plenty of beacons. Some days I am lucky to see a single CQ on 14.105
