Hi there,
Still struggling with my FT767GX - PTT wont trigger TX from RTS on Com 1 or Com 3.
My PC is Win 10.
I am using a USB to RS232 adapter and a BC457 emitter follower to present the Ground signal reguired by PTT.
Is it possible that RTS via USB is not available on a PC with no RS232 card.
Many thanks,

Ok all up and running...

I purchased a USB to RS232 converter and set it up on Com 3.
Initially I had some confusion with the RS232 pinout and chose to use a BC5547 transistor to present earth to the PTT RCA input.
These two references were helpful.
And...

I still cant test the PTT without getting 'access to Com3 denied' but I simply tested by sending the beacon repeatedly.
So all good now and most impressed by the potential of VarAC and the great work done by Irad.

I am unable to help myself as I do not have an RTS based PTT but I know people are able to make it work.
Please let me know if you managed to work with it and if yes - how you solved it.
You can also post your question on the FB page where there might be more visibility.

Here are screenshots of my settings...
When I try to test PTT I get the message "Access to Port Com 3 denied."
Looking in device manager the USB adapter is on Com 3.
