Raspberry Pi VarAC installation

I haven't been able to get VarAC working on Rasberry Pi yet. I created the VarAC folder next to the same location as the

VARA folder. ~/.wine/drive_c/VarAC.

VARA HF works for me with Winlink Express.

VarAC will open but often gives errors looking for .NET. I have changed the ini file to Linus Compatible Mode ON.

When VarAC opens I open the settings and the Linux Compatibility box is unchecked and all the other fields are empty. I fill in the folder locations and check the Linux box and the VARA HF location and ports and save.

But nothing gets saved. I can reopen and everything blank again. VarAC is not looking for the ini file in the same folder the exe is located.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?
