Irad is it possible to make VarAC put you on the PSK reporter map 5 minutes after you open it ! The old out of date ROS mode did/does this without having to be heard or hearing another station, I want and I hope many others who are now using VarAC just want more ops to use it, the reason I ask is I always look at the map for propagation and to see how many are on and on what band, at the moment numbers are still very low with this GREAT mode and I am guilty of this also if I dont see action and or low numbers on the map I QSY else where without giving VarAC a chance, and go TX where the action is ! So if this could be fixed I think it might encourage more ops to stay on a more crowded looking band using VarAC even if most are only sending out beacons, yesterday I did a search on all bands for a one hour time frame in VarAC mode and there where 52 stations world wide on all bands not a good number eh? I did the same search for FTHATE in all bands I wont even mention how many monitors I saw but it was way way more than 52!!! Best wishes 73 De SM6OFT Janne JO67.

Would it be possible to be able to clone VarAC so ops can set it up for other call signs/special event callsigns etc like you can with FT8 and JS8 and other modes ? Thanks for a great mode Irad it can only get better. Janne, JO67NA06MA
